We have a patient participation group at the practice that meets every quarter. If you would like to join the group please download the application form or obtain a copy from reception.
If you are unable to attend quarterly meetings and would still like to be part of the group you may be a “virtual” member and provide your views and receive correspondence electronically. All we need is your consent to email you information.
