DIGITAL SUPPORT AT YOUR LOCAL CITIZENS ADVICE

South Yorkshire ICB has contracted Citizens Advice Doncaster tocoordinate and deliver a programme of digital inclusion activity in South Yorkshire.

It is Citizens Advice Doncaster's role to work collaboratively over the next 24 months to manage resources, establish and maintain a network and deliver a digital inclusion support service that responds to the issues most pertinent to digital exclusion.

It is the ambition of the South Yorkshire Digital Inclusion network to deliver a digital inclusion network to respond to the many and evolving societal challenges associated with fast paced digital transformations and increasing expectations to manage a life online with out limits.

How connected is South Yorkshire?

• 34% of households feel they don't have access to enough technology
• 21% of households do not have wifi at home
• 13% of people do not have a smartphone
• 57% of people have safety concerns using the internet
• 30% of people felt they lacked the skill level required to access online services
