We are now using a new online system for patients to submit their queries to the practice, called Patient Triage.

This allows patients to contact us with non-urgent requests, without having to call the surgery.

Both medical and admin queries can be submitted through this service.

Please consider the following before completing a form:

1. This service is for non-urgent requests- If you have a same day or urgent request, please contact the practice by phone on 01226 216000
2. Any prescriptions ordered through this service will take a minimum of 48 hours. If you need a same day prescription, please contact the practice by phone.
